At Home Decor & Co, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered to you as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle and deliver your purchases.
Order Processing
All orders require a handling time of 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Our team always strives to prepare and ship your order within 24–48 hours whenever possible.
Orders placed on Saturdays after 11:00 AM or on Sundays will generally be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard delivery times across Australia typically range from 10 to 20 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s operations.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is outside our direct control. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the courier’s system.
We kindly ask that any shipping issues, such as missing or incorrect items, be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
Additional Notes
Products must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return.
Customised or personalised items (such as products with logos or alterations) are non-returnable.
For returns, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
