To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs for Returns

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

 

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

We may request clear photos or videos of the item for assessment by our quality team.

If the defect is confirmed, you will be eligible for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
